Partner capabilities brief

What we offer

Six capability areas spanning AI, agents, integration, transformation, and commerce, for B2B partner distribution.

Organisations and institutes looking for an ad hoc professional team. This is our core focus.

If you need senior technical capacity for a single project, an overflow quarter, or a capability you do not carry in-house, this brief shows what we can deliver for you. Fixed-price and scoped per engagement, so you can budget with certainty. No long-term commitment and no hiring.

A systems integration and business intelligence practice. We connect the tools a business already owns, clean the data between them, build the visibility layer on top, and leave a foundation ready for automation and AI, across the sectors tagged under each capability below.

Vendor-neutral. We sell no software. Fixed-price project work only, with no mandatory retainers.

Six capability areas

Teal sector tags show where we have delivered this work. Amber tags mark early-access sectors we are opening first.

01

AI visibility and readiness

We make a business readable, consistent, and citable by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, and ready for AI internally. This is a data problem before it is a content problem: the same structured-data foundation that lets AI run a business internally also lets AI recommend it externally.

Key areas
AI footprint audit
What the assistants say about the business today, and where it is absent or contradicting itself.
AI-ready data foundation
One clean, structured source of truth that machines can read.
Entity consistency and structured content
The same facts told the same way across every surface.
Aligned content and listings
Site, marketplaces and profiles kept consistent.
Reviews, mentions and proof signals
The third-party trust signals assistants weigh.
Monitoring and improvement
Tracking presence in AI answers over time and refining it.

02

Custom development with AI

When no product on the market fits, we build the tool. Custom development is scoped after the architecture review, so what we build connects to the existing data foundation rather than becoming another island, and any AI sits on top of clean, connected data.

Key areas
Bespoke applications and portals
Built where no existing product does the job.
AI features and agents
Assistants, recommendations and automation on top of clean, connected data.
Custom APIs and integrations
Connections that off-the-shelf connectors cannot bridge.
Internal tools and dashboards
Lightweight apps that replace spreadsheets and manual workarounds.
Prototypes and proofs of concept
Testing an idea before committing to a full build.

Agent-ready business

Emerging capability · early access

When a customer's AI assistant goes looking to book, buy, or recommend, your business should be one it can actually deal with, not one it skips because the data is locked inside a web template. We get the foundation ready for the agents that are starting to act on customers' behalf.

Foundation · available now
Machine-readable business description
An llms.txt and structured endpoints telling agents what you do, your service areas, and your policies.
Transparent, structured pricing and availability
The data an agent needs to shortlist you rather than skip you.
AI-ready data foundation
The clean, unified context layer everything else depends on.
Searchable knowledge base
Knowledge bases and structured content that both staff and AI agents can search.
Agent build · early access
MCP connection to your systems
Scheduling, CRM and databases plugged into an agent via the Model Context Protocol (created by Anthropic, now governed by the Linux Foundation's Agentic AI Foundation).
Published agent card and A2A endpoint
A discoverable card at /.well-known/agent-card.json so other agents can find and transact with your business (A2A, created by Google, now hosted by the Linux Foundation).
Agent-handled quoting and booking
Letting a customer's agent get a quote or hold a slot directly and safely.

CRM and warehouse tools
Customer and stock systems joined to the rest of the operation.
Multi-channel inventory and order sync
One stock and order picture across every channel and location.
WhatsApp CRM integration
Enquiries and conversations captured against the customer record.
Data migration
Moving data between systems cleanly, scoped after the architecture review.
Business intelligence
Power BI dashboards and consolidated reporting built on the connected data.
Business process automation
Approvals, OCR, smart notifications and AI routing running across the connected systems.
Content and knowledge management
Document management, secure portals and AI-searchable knowledge bases on the same foundation.

Who you'll work with

Hands-on, end to end.

Hemal has watched the same pattern across sectors: each tool does its job, but nobody owns the space between them. He is hands-on, leads the architecture on every engagement, and signs off on every go-live, working with a small team of specialists on execution.

Hemal Soni is an independent technology partner based in London with over 20 years of experience, certified in Scrum (CSM, CSPO), Google Ads Search, and Odoo ERP, with a specialist focus on AEO and LLM marketing strategy. Partners deal with him directly, not an account layer.
